Mercuria Bloom is a fictional, fantastical character. My art persona. This stage name allows me to play with my fantasies and exaggerations of the self. The totemic shapes and stacking of vintage objects are here recreated including me (Mercuria Bloom) as fountains. I then go to juxtapose the image to found, mostly unedited, footages of fountains. Using vintage objects and found footage is a key part of my work.
